Thank you for shopping with Pzagi. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 30-day return period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or order number, is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags or packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pzagi.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order inside the return package, so we can identify and process your return properly.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a replacement.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

You will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only when an item is returned used, damaged, missing original tags, missing packaging, or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.

If a partial refund applies, we will notify you by email before the refund is processed.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or preference changes.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, you may return the eligible item within the 30-day return period and place a new order.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return within the 30-day return period, provided they meet our return eligibility requirements.

Refunds for sale items will be issued based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, bank, or payment provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
